My biggest pet peeve is hearing a horror story about the ONE agent who dropped the ball on their clients and kept them in the dark on what was happening, all the while possibly risking their clients deposit and giving all of us a bad reputation. Realistic: Sure, we are all capable of having champagne taste on beer budgets. No matter what price point my clients are at, they all want more. I’m going to give you the very best, but we need to be realistic about what it is we can and cannot buy, which leads me to the next qualification;

Pre-Approved: I want you to be able to walk into a home with a letter in hand that gives you buying confidence and we realistically know how much you can purchase. I can support you with this...and I have the very best in the industry!

Commitment: You wouldn’t want me to be 50, 60, or even 90% committed. In my relationships, I am always 100% committed and all I ask is the same from you. I want a 100% commitment that we are working together to get you your next home!
